94 pp, blu boards w/wht-yel lettering w/color illustrated front & back covers. Story about how a town decides to build a crane that is larger than anyone elses. After the crane was built, one of the builders became the craneman. He lived in his crane and picked up his supplies with the grab. Lektro, an electric truck driver was the craneman's friend and brought him supplies. He breaks up a robbery by eight river pirates. A war comes and the town is destroyed and the people leave. the sea rose and covered the land. slight wear to the corners, one page has chip.
