The author records the existence and development of theatrical activities in connection to the two buildings. Concordia, KS is located in Cloud County. Concordia was the crossroads of four railroads: the Union Pacific, the Missouri Pacific, The Burlington, and the Santa Fe. It was one of the largest towns between Kansas City, Missouri, and Denver Colorado. It was a stopping place for the stage stars and major touring companies from the east.
