In the search for precious metals in the Colorado Rockies something over four hundred towns were started. Today only a handful still retain an identity with mining with the rest becoming ghost towns. They are ususally located back in the lofty ranges of the Rocky Mountains, and still remain difficult to reach over the old cliff-hanging minigh roads which are hardly suitable for most of today's automobiles. Some of the ghost towns are Alma, Bonanza, Buckskin Joe, Camp Bird, Como, Crystal City, Gillett, Jasper, King City, Kokomo, Lulu City, Marble, Mound City, Oro CIty, Pandora, Puma City, Ruby, Russell Gulach, Salina, Silver Plume, Telluride, Tungsten, Virginia Dale and many others. dj several small tears at top & bottom of the dj spine, dj slight rubbing.
