The British Foreign Office and the United States Department of State agreed to publish jointly documents from captured archives of the German Foeign Ministry and the Reich Chancellery. The opening chapter provides a record of German relations with Poland, particularly over Danzig. The second chapter, on Southeastern Europe, is a portrayal of German efforst to break up the French-sponsered security system in that area. Chapter III documents the relations between Germany and the Baltic States. Chapter IV deals with the States of Northern Europe, and chapter V deals with Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg. Chapter VI deals with Switzerland and chapter VII with Turkey. Chapter VIII addresses the Near East and chapter IX deals with Latin America.
