1 Bartholomew, Ed Cullen Baker : Premier Texas Gunfigther
Houston, TX The Frontier Press of Texas 1954 Hard Cover Very Good  No Jacket Illustrated from the Rose Collection 
139 pp, light orange cloth covered boards w/black lettering on the front cover and spine, 7 pages of black-and-white photos & illustrations. The story of a Tennessee-born killer whose parents moved to Cass County, Texas when Cullen was four years old. At sixteen he was an underweight, whiskey-drinkig gun bully of near-zero literacy. In 1854 he married Jane Petty. In 1858 Cullen shot and killed a man, Cullne and his wife left Texas and settled in Arkansas. His wife died there in 1860, and Cullen dumped his child with a grandparent. The rare book on Baker edited by Thomas Orr is reprinted on pages 85 to 132. Six-Guns #149
