'41 - May '43. The other side is the campaign in Italy from Sept '43 - may '45. The map shows the division routes of advance in blue & green, the enemy lines & counter-attacks in red, with roads in black. Each side has nine paragraphs descibing the action at that point. The Italian side tells the number of prisoners captured in Africa & in Italy, number of vehicles destroyed, and the different units that made up the 1st Armored Division. The map has been folded in half three times for final dimensions of 7-1/4" x11", several small stains along one edge..
