Some of the section titles are: savouries, hot suet puddings, hot sweets - fritters - tarts, cold sweets, stewed fruit, chafing dish recipes and more. the last three pages are photos of Brown and Polson's cooking Utensils and prices on the third page. small stain on the fore edge of several pages, light soiling to the boards, bumping to the corners.
